Me Harel is a member of the Quebec Bar since 2000. As part of his practice, he represents, in complex procedures and in all courts, a lot of corporate clients, including financial institutions, small, medium and large businesses, local or international.

He advises private and institutional clients on issues related to corporate law, finance, fraud, but also mortgage recovery and labour law, while maintaining at all times a pragmatic approach to his clients’ needs.

Me Harel founded his experience on a multidisciplinary basis and his today’s activity is focused in the areas of banking law, corporate law and real estate law.

Me Harel has developed expertise in the drafting of business contracts and also in shareholders’ disputes.

Me Harel is Chairman of the Center for intervention and research in conjugal and family violence, Pro-Gam and is involved in the Quebec business clubs.

In Quebec, she obtained her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in international business law at the University of Montreal and after passing the Quebec Bar School exam, she completed her legal training with Harel Avocats.

His practice as an intern includes file analysis, research and the drafting of several types of legal documents. His areas of greater interest are corporate and contractual law. Pamella will devote all her efforts to finding the most appropriate solutions to your questions.
