Me Harel is a member of the Quebec Bar since 2000. As part of his practice, he represents, in complex procedures and in all courts, a lot of corporate clients, including financial institutions, small, medium and large businesses, local or international.

He advises private and institutional clients on issues related to corporate law, finance, fraud, but also mortgage recovery and labour law, while maintaining at all times a pragmatic approach to his clients’ needs.

Me Harel founded his experience on a multidisciplinary basis and his today’s activity is focused in the areas of banking law, corporate law and real estate law.

Me Harel has developed expertise in the drafting of business contracts and also in shareholders’ disputes.

Me Harel is Chairman of the Center for intervention and research in conjugal and family violence, Pro-Gam and is involved in the Quebec business clubs.

Me Léa Jaouich

Me Léa Jaouich has been a member of the Barreau du Québec since 2024 and holds a law degree from the Université de Montréal. After completing her sage at a national law firm, Léa joined Harel Avocats.

During her studies, Léa participated in various projects such as tutoring and mentoring, as well as her involvement with the National Network of Pro Bono Students. She also worked with a local business to implement a new Shopify point-of-sale system. Before her law studies, Léa acted in several films and television series.

Eylul Recber has been a member of the Quebec Bar Association since 2022 and graduated with distinction Cum Laude in Civil Law and International Development from the University of Ottawa. She is currently completing her Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Business Management (MBA) at Laval University.

Eylul completed her internship and worked as a lawyer at the Administrative Labor Tribunal where she deepened her knowledge of labor law. After working in an international company, Eylul joined Harel Avocats.

Me Talia Jabrayan has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 2024 and holds a law degree from the University of Montreal. After articling with a firm specializing in civil and commercial law, Ms. Jabrayan joined the team at Harel Avocats.

During her legal studies, Talia, who had known she wanted to become a lawyer since the fifth grade, worked as a law student for a firm specializing in business law. There, she took part in various projects, including the automation of contracts, with the aim of making legal advice accessible to all.
