Me Stéphane Harel,

Me Harel is a member of the Quebec Bar since 2000. As part of his practice, he represents, in complex procedures and in all courts, a lot of corporate clients, including financial institutions, small, medium and large businesses, local or international.

He advises private and institutional clients on issues related to corporate law, finance, fraud, but also mortgage recovery and labour law, while maintaining at all times a pragmatic approach to his clients’ needs.

Me Harel founded his experience on a multidisciplinary basis and his today’s activity is focused in the areas of banking law, corporate law and real estate law.

Me Harel has developed expertise in the drafting of business contracts and also in shareholders’ disputes.

Me Harel is Chairman of the Center for intervention and research in conjugal and family violence, Pro-Gam and is involved in the Quebec business clubs.

Asnath Azangu Mbuyulu

Before immigrating to Canada for her master’s degree in Business Law at the University of Laval, Asnath undertook her studies in the Faculty of Law at the Catholic University of Congo “UCC” in the Democratic Republic of Congo “DRC” where she obtained, in 2021, his License in Law which is equivalent to Bac+5, in the department of Private Judicial Law, after completing his internship at the Tribunal de Grande Instance/Kinshasa Gombe “TGI” and within the legal department of the Congolese Control Office “OCC”.

In 2023, she joined the Harel Avocat team after completing training in Legal Technique. Her practice within the latter as legal secretary includes several aspects, including: – Assist lawyers in various administrative tasks such as opening and closing physical files and in jurisconcept, invoicing…

– Contribute to the image of the firm by responding to calls, emails and welcoming clients.

Me Anastasia Dumoulin

“Ms. Anastasia Dumoulin graduated from the University of Ottawa in 2021 and was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2023. A polyglot and fully bilingual in French and English, she is able to assist a wide range of clients, notably in Spanish and Portuguese.

Her background stands out for her strong understanding of immigration law, intellectual property, banking and secured transactions, access to information, as well as her daily practice in civil, real estate and commercial litigation.

Ms. Dumoulin has had the opportunity to represent major clients, including leading national banking institutions, a chamber of commerce before the Access to Information Commission, as well as SME entrepreneurs from across Quebec.
