Me Harel is a member of the Quebec Bar since 2000. As part of his practice, he represents, in complex procedures and in all courts, a lot of corporate clients, including financial institutions, small, medium and large businesses, local or international.
He advises private and institutional clients on issues related to corporate law, finance, fraud, but also mortgage recovery and labour law, while maintaining at all times a pragmatic approach to his clients’ needs.
Me Harel founded his experience on a multidisciplinary basis and his today’s activity is focused in the areas of banking law, corporate law and real estate law.
Me Harel has developed expertise in the drafting of business contracts and also in shareholders’ disputes.
Me Harel is Chairman of the Center for intervention and research in conjugal and family violence, Pro-Gam and is involved in the Quebec business clubs.

Me Stephanie Pointier joined the firm Harel S.A. lawyers as an intern. She now practices as a lawyer.
She holds a Master degree (LL.M.) in International Law from the University of Lille 2 in France. It is in this law area that she has acquired her first professional experiences working successively within two international organizations of major importance in Europe, the International Organization for the Air Navigation Safety (Eurocontrol) and the European Commission. Then, she taught European law as a lecturer in France for two years.
After living in Hungary, Belgium and a few months in Cameroon, she decided to settle in Quebec in 2013 in order to become a lawyer in private practice. In this context, she made her equivalencies at the University of Montreal, and then completed the Bar School in 2015.
If she still has a keen interest in International law, Stephanie Pointier now works mainly but not exclusively in the areas of Civil and Commercial litigation, Labour law, Family law and Corporate law.

Marie-Victoria Bouveret joined the team of Harel Avocats s.a. in April 2017 as an articling student. She now practices as a lawyer.
She holds a Law degree from the University of Montreal since 2014. During this degree, she developed a legal experience as an advisor in the legal clinic at the University of Montreal.
After completing the Bar School in 2016, she sought to develop her knowledge about the law of another Canadian provinces. She therefore started a Juris Doctor in North American Common Law at the University of Montreal, to be obtained in 2018.
Wishing to acquire a multidisciplinary experience, she joined Harel Avocats s.a. in 2017 where she is currently involved in various files in family law, corporate law, real estate and labor law.
